After placing your custom order, simply send us an email at support@sigmapooch.com with the following details:

- Photo of your Pet(s)
- Personalized text
- Need-by date
You will receive a digital proof for approval within 2-4 business days after placing your order. Production will begin only after you approve the proof.

Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80! For orders under $80, there's a flat standard shipping fee of $5.
Upon receiving your pet photo, expect a message from us within 2 - 4 business days to review and approve the design proof. Please keep an eye on your inbox, including spam folders, and respond promptly upon receipt. If we do not hear back after 48 hours, we will assume approval and proceed with production.
Once you approve the design, it will typically take 3 weeks to arrive. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Should you require assistance or have inquiries, feel free to reach out to us!
Returns: We are unable offer returns or refunds for our custom products since they are made specifically just for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email support@sigmapooch as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
